When will I receive my order?
Orders are despatched Monday-Friday. Most orders arrive in 1-2 days (Express Delivery), 2-3 days (Standard Delivery). International orders take 3-21 days.  All delivery times (excluding Guaranteed Next Day) are an estimate and not a guarantee.

When will my order be despatched?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm and at weekends are despatched next working day.

My order hasn't arrived!
The vast majority of orders arrive quickly, but occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. For UK orders please allow at least 14 working days, then contact us. For international orders, please allow at least 21 working days. 

Which delivery services does Epione Jewellery use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Express Delivery orders. Standard Delivery orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked and delivered by your local postal service.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We have fixed shipping rates for all European countries, USA and Canada. We also ship to most countries worldwide, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Please note: any import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All Epione hypoallergenic jewellery is waterproof. It can be cleaned using mild dish soap and water. Dip a cloth into the water and wipe the metal carefully. Place the jewellery in a bowl of clean water afterwards, then dry with a dry cloth.
